This policy explains how MY e-Residency (myeresidency.com) collects and uses your personal data. MY e-Residency is operated by CARIMBO SIDERAL - UNIPESSOAL LDA, NIPC 519294220, Rua Castilho, 14C, 5º, 1250-069 Lisboa, Portugal ("we", "us"), which is the data controller.
Data we collect
- Contact and identity details: name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence.
- Information and documents you send us, such as passport copies, proof of address or company documents.
- Order and payment details: the service, price and payment status. Card and PayPal details are handled by PayPal; we never see them.
- Technical data: IP address and essential cookies needed for the website to work and to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
- To prepare your quote and provide the service you order (performance of a contract).
- To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
- To protect the website against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).
