1. Quotes

Every order starts with a free quote based on the information you give us. The quote states the price, what is included (for example official fees, translations or notary costs) and any conditions. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Payment

Payment is made in advance through PayPal. The contract starts when your payment is confirmed. Prices are in euros.

3. Our service

We prepare, submit and follow up your applications with care. Decisions are made by public authorities, banks, consulates or other third parties, so we cannot guarantee a result or a processing time. Services reserved by law for licensed professionals are provided with partner professionals.

4. Your responsibilities

You must give us complete, true information and valid documents, and reply to our requests in reasonable time. Delays or refusals caused by incorrect or missing information are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellation and refunds

  • If you are a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of payment. If you asked us to start work within that period, we may deduct the value of work already done and official fees already paid.
  • If we cannot provide the service, we refund the full amount paid.
  • Official fees paid to authorities on your behalf are not refundable.

To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

7. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at [email protected]. Consumers may also use the electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) or an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity. These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
